The missing manifests are: 007439436SKS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected on site. I assisted owner Dennis Cunnington with obtaining a <br /> copy form the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)hazardous waste tracking system. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 602 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B)Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 90/180 days after fill <br /> date. <br /> OBSERVATION: It could not be demonstrated that the satellite hazardous waste containers have been stored <br /> on-site for one year or less. The following containers were observed:two 5 gallon buckets of metal fines did not <br /> have an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 180 days(90 days <br /> -acutely or extremely hazardous waste)after the container was filled, or more than one year if not full,whichever <br /> comes first. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in compliance with Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the hazardous waste disposal record to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 603 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(C)Failed to mark initial accumulation start date on satellite containers. <br /> OBSERVATION: Satellite accumulation hazardous waste containers were observed on-site without an initial date of <br /> accumulation added to the label. The containers were two 5 gallon buckets of metal fines. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The initial date of waste accumulation must be clearly marked and visible for <br /> inspection on each container used for satellite accumulation of hazardous waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately add the initial date of accumulation to the hazardous waste containers. If the <br /> waste has been stored on-site greater than one year then immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
