Service Department Process for Soiled Shop Towel Handling <br /> 4.1 Loading the Route Trucks <br /> Responsible Step Description <br /> Route Sales Rep./Loader 1 Identify container(s) containing clean wipers <br /> for load <br /> 2 Verify that there are enough correctly sized <br /> caps and a box of clear poly liners for all <br /> containers that will transport soiled shop <br /> towels back to the facility after pick-up. <br /> 3 Ensure that all caps and covers are labeled <br /> with "Excluded Solvent-Contaminated Wipes" <br /> 4.2 Pickup of Soiled Product <br /> Responsible Step Description <br /> Route Sales Rep. 1 Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses when <br /> handling soiled shop towels <br /> 2 Verify that soiled shop towels being picked up <br /> will pass the One-Drip test for liquids. <br /> 3 Store mesh bags in drums, plastic hamper cart <br /> or other container. Cover container with cloth <br /> cap labeled "Excluded Solvent-Contaminated <br /> Wipes" <br /> 5.
