SAN J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> — <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WEST VALLEY CONSTRUCTION 2655 E MINER AVE, STOCKTON March 08, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: One 120 gallon waste oil tank, one 55 gallon waste coolant drum, at least 291 cubic feet of <br /> acetylene, and at least 283 cubic feet of compressed oxygen were found in the shop. The updated information has <br /> not been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 4. Access/exit points for structures and gates. <br /> 5. Emergency response equipment (spill control). <br /> 6. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 7. The location(s)of the motor oil, hydraulic oil, waste coolant, waste oil, compressed oxygen, and acetylene are <br /> not shown. <br /> 8.
