The Percolation tests conducted on May 11, 2022 yielded a percolation rate between 3.33
min/in. At this rate, a minimum 20 feet of soil separation is required between bottom of the
dispersal field and the groundwater. The SSNL reports a historic groundwater level of 32 feet
below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
b. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in
San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Frank Girardi, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
at fvgirardi@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3044.
teven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Jacklyn Shaw, 15766 N Devries Rd., Lodi CA 95242
1868 E.
