Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
b. Percolation test conducted on 21 January, 2022 yields percolation rate of 14.71 min/inch. At this rate
an 8' soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and the groundwater. Groundwater
is reported at 45 to 55 feet below grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
c. Destroy the existing water well and construct a new water well that complies with the San Joaquin
County Well Standards under permit and inspection by the EHD as required by San Joaquin County
Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e) & 9-1115.3.
d. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the EHD is
required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings
(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4).
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
REHS, at agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3062.
i
Ae KIR IS
Program Coordinator
CC: CK Bros.
