December 3, 2021 BKF 210495 ., EXHIBIT "A" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION LOT MERGER All that certain real property situated in the unincorporated area of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follow: PARCEL 1: BEING Parcel "M" as shown and designated on that certain Parcel Map entitled Fairchild Industrial Park, filed September 21, 1978 in Book 6 of Parcel Maps, at Page 134, in the Office of the San Joaquin County Recorder, and adjusted Parcel "N" of the Fairchild Industrial Park, as designated and described in that certain Notice of Lot line Adjustment, Number LA-89-2, recorded December 16, 1988, as document number 88108153, Official Records of San Joaquin County, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeastern comer of said Parcel "M" as shown on said map (6 PM 134); THENCE, along the easterly line of said Parcel Mand adjusted Parcel ''N", South 17°16'00" East 876.32 feet to the southeastern comer of said adjusted Parcel ''N"; THENCE, leaving said easterly line, along the southerly line of said adjusted Parcel ''N", South 72°44'00" West 395.47 feet to the southwestern comer thereof; THENCE, leaving said southerly line, along the westerly line of said adjusted Parcel "N" and Parcel "M", North 17°34'00" West 856.23 feet to the beginning of a curve as shown on said map; THENCE, along a curve to the right, having a radius of 20 feet, through a central angle of 90°18"00", an arc distance of 31.52 feet; THENCE, easterly along the northerly line of said Parcel "M", North 72°44'00" East 379.95 feet to the Point of Beginning Containing an area of 348,483 square feet, more or less.
