Box 8025 <br /> Stockton, CA 95208 <br /> RE: S-34-5, on the north side of Robindale Avenue, east of McComb Avenue <br /> east of Stockton. <br /> A subdividion was approved for the above premises. The following conditions <br /> imposed by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval. : <br /> Prior to recordation of the final subdivision map at the San Joaquin County <br /> Recorders Office, the following conditions shall be met. <br /> 1. All proposed lots and/or existing residence are to be connected to <br /> public sewage system. <br /> 2. All existing septic systems are to be abandoned under permit and <br /> inspection of the San Joaquin Local Health District at the time the <br /> connection is made to the public sewage system. <br /> Since approval of the subdivision included San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> conditions, you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met <br /> prior to utilization of the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors, the filing of the <br /> appeal stays the issuance of the Use Pemmit or any other permits until the <br /> appeal has been decided by the Board. <br /> Please call this office for an inspection when the conditions have been met. <br /> Jack J.
