The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br /> fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 04/01/2022 . <br /> Wastes generated by this facility: <br /> -Used oil <br /> -used paper filters <br /> -Used Antifreeze <br /> -Drained used metal filters <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided: <br /> Inspection report, corrective action statement form, return to compliance certification form, schedule of free <br /> CUPA training classes. <br /> Minor violation corrected on site. <br /> -Oil was observed on top of the 55gallon container stored inside the hazardous waste area inside facility. The <br /> facility shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion or release of hazardous <br /> waste to the soil or water way .
