Inspections, Tests & Records 40 CFR 112.7(e) All oil product handling employees of Cunha Trucking, Inc. will be trained to observe the aboveground storage tanks, valves, associated pumps, aboveground piping, oil drum storage area, and dispensers for potential problems. If a problem is observed,the employee shall inform management, who will in turn take the necessary action. The forms found in Appendix B, C, and D are to be used to record the inspections. All aboveground storage tanks, valves, aboveground piping, spill control areas, secondary containment, and emergency response equipment and supplies shall be inspected Annually by Cunha Trucking, Inc. 's employees. Each inspection shall be recorded, dated, signed, and placed in the appropriate Appendix of this SPCC Plan. All items requiring attention will be noted and corrective action taken before the item is deemed to be in compliance. The dispensing area is inspected Annually or more often as indicated by by usage and any defects, spills, or stains are reported to management for corrective action. All vegetation is controlled and no vegetation is allowed to grow in the fuel oil products containment system. Combustible garbage type and debris are also controlled and no accumulation is permitted in the oil product storage and containment areas. Preventive maintenance actions are incorporated into Cunha Trucking, Inc.'s operation and housekeeping measures are established. All leaves, branches and garbage have been removed from the containment area on October 3, 2018, and the containment area will be maintained. A steel structure shades the#2 Diesel Fuel tank and keeps the#2 Diesel Fuel tank out of direct sun light. Tanks are labeled to show the oil product that they contain and to express the reactivity and hazard of the oil product within the storage tank. No tank is allowed to sit on the ground with direct contact to soil. All surfaces of the oil product tanks can be and are inspected monthly for possible compromise to their integrity. Any and all testing and certification records, as appropriate, will be maintained in this SPCC Plan for five years or in the appropriate maintenance report log for the regulatory agency that has jurisdiction on the testing requirements. Certified Testing occurred on October 3, 2018, and Diesel fuel tank is classified as a Category II system. Testing will occur on a five-year cycle. Gary Reeves, LLC 24
