On June 2, 1998, declarant was to meet with Tom Sweeso, a code enforcement office <br /> s <br /> with San Joaquin County Community Development Department, as Mr. Sweeso was involved i <br /> 9 <br /> the previous 1991 enforcement action at this property. Mr. Sweeso was unable to keep the <br /> 10 <br /> 11 appointment. On information and belief, Mr. Sweeso had contacted Mr. Lane and obtain <br /> 12 permission to inspect the site. Pictures were taken from the roadway. Attached hereto as exhibi <br /> 13 <br /> A, are photographs, which are true and correct copies as taken by declarant. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 9. On June 3, 1998, declarant continued the inspection and investigation of the property <br /> 16 with Tom Sweeso, a code enforcement officer, who had previously been on that site, an <br /> 17 <br /> members of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (Brad Williams and Jerry <br /> la <br /> Oberhelman). The site was walked, pictures were taken of wastes on site. There were signs o <br /> 19 <br /> 20 recent dumping, as evidenced by digging and other earth work and piles of fresh putrescibl <br /> 21 material and mixed solid wastes. The volume of solid wastes, above ground, on the Lan <br /> 22 property are estimated at, at least 800 cubic yards, contained in the piles and scattered across the <br /> 23 <br /> property. Attached hereto as exhibit B, are photographs, which are a true and correct copy a <br /> 24 <br /> 25 taken by declarant.) <br /> 26 h.
