<br /> for trauspurtation according to the applicable regulations of the
<br /> Department of Transportation (ii) no material change has occurred

<br /> Generator Status is correct Customer aur•ees to pay the above charges

<br /> any SK agreement sigucd by Customer and SK , and (2) incorporated

<br /> coil tali) ivated with m• otherwise introduce polychlorinated biphenyls
<br /> (PCB ' s) , herbicides , pesticides , dioxins or listed Inazardous waste
<br /> into the solvent or• aqueous cleaninu solution . Safety - Kleen has Ilia

<br /> introduce any uon - coofo•mirig substance into the SK Property ,
<br /> including , wiLbout limitation , any hazardous waste or hazardous waste
<br /> ce ' tueuC , (i . e . , polychlorinated biphenyls (" PCBs" ) , herbicides ,
<br /> pi des , dioxins , oh• listed hazardous wastes) except to the extent
<br /> sr� rtroduction is incidental to the nurnhal use of the SK Property .
