Some of
water/fuel mixture did drain into nearby drain, but drain was shut off at time of discovery. Water/fuel condensation was from
older fuel tanks being decommissioned. No sheen
observed on water stream or storm drains. Drains were closed and water was pooling on top of first drain. No smell of fuel
observed in area. Per Jordan Giannone, American Environmental Aviation was removing water from secondary containment
and no fuel was in water.
