Per employee the chorizo was hanging there <br /> overnight. Discard hanging chorizo and remove bar from facility. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 F or below <br /> after preparation. Contact CDFA and obtain a valid license prior to drying meat outside of refrigeration. Corrected on site, <br /> the hanging chorizo was discarded and the bar was taken down. <br /> The 1 dr Vendo display was 44 F. Provide 41 F or below today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Provide soap in dispensers today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Clear mop sink blockage and provide proper drainage immediately, discharge dirty mop water <br /> into floor sink or into toilet and sanitize after use until mop sink blockage is cleared. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
