The hazard categories were corrected in CERS during the <br /> inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The following elements were missing from the map: <br /> -loading areas <br /> -internal roads <br /> -fire extinguishers <br /> -electrical shut offs <br /> -North is pointing the incorrect direction <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. Missing site map elements were corrected and uploaded into <br /> CERS during the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. <br /> -The 2022 business plan submittal was not made <br /> -The 2021 business plan submittal was not made <br /> -The 2020 business plan submittal was, incomplete and submitted late on 3/16/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials business plan shall be submitted by January 15 of each <br /> calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.A full business plan submittal was made during the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FA0003997 PR0519755 SCO01 03/14/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 3 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
