Lunch is serves 10:15-11:40 AM. <br /> Facility dispenses food that is received premade/packaged from Stagg High School daily. Some food items are delivered <br /> frozen and are reheated. <br /> Facility receives produce from ProPacific and Daylight and milk from Crystal. <br /> Sanitizer bucket-300 ppm quat. <br /> Quat test strips available. <br /> The 3 comp sink is also the hand sink in the kitchen. <br /> the 2 dr Crescor near the 3 comp sink was turned off during the inspection. <br /> The office restroom hand sinks do not have hot water plumbed to them. <br /> Discussed report with Catherine Fuentez. <br /> No signature captured. <br /> Submit evidence of correction for hot water at 3 comp/mop sink within 2 weeks to dafonskaia@sjgov.org.
