Attached to this <br />email is a scanned copy of the Inspection Report for St. Joseph's Immediate Care CTR. A violation was written <br />for Pharmaceutical Sharps waste containers not having "Incineration Only" labels on the lid. It is my <br />understanding from the last BAMWAG attended by Ron Pilori, that Pharmaceutical Sharps Containers are not <br />exempt from the required specific labeling "Incineration Only". <br />Thank you, <br />Alfonso <br />6/8/2011 <br />
