SAN)J DAIJ I N Environmental Health Department <br /> sr <br /> C 0 U NTY <br /> Greatness grows here. <br /> Time In: 2:00 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:30 om <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: FIRE WINGS Date: 12/22/2022 <br /> Address: 1379 S LOWER SACRAMENTO RD, LODI 95242 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (916)743-1145 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055457 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> FIRE SUPPRESSANT USED AT FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Per employee the fire was between 12-1 PM and the fire department was at the facility approx. 20 minutes after the fire <br /> started. <br /> Per employee a pot of margarine on the stove was on fire and it triggered the ANSUL system at the exhaust hood, the on fire <br /> pot was relocated to the back room sink where it was extinguished with a fire extinguisher. <br /> Per employee all the food in the fryers and out near the cook line and ANSUL system were already discarded and they were in <br /> the process of cleaning the exhaust hood filters, cooking equipment, and floors. <br /> The water and electricity was not shut off. <br /> They have scheduled to have the ANSUL system serviced and checked tomorrow morning. <br /> Discussed report with store manager over the phone and with shift lead Jody Moua on site. <br /> No signature captured. <br /> Keep facility closed, call EHD at 209-468-3420 to schedule re-inspection. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: <br /> EH Specialist: DARIA AFONSKAIA Phone: (209)616-3035 <br /> FA0017665 C00055457 SC544 12/22/2022 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
