(C)'S MOM ATE THE BUFFALO WINGS AND SAID THEY <br /> SMELLED FUNNY AND LOOKED A LITTLE DISCOLORED. (C)'S MOTHER STARTED FEELING NAUSEOUS ABOUT <br /> AN HOUR LATER,AROUND 5:00pm. (C)ALLEGES THAT SHE RETURNED THE FOOD,AND THE EMPLOYEES <br /> SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A MANAGER CALL HER ABOUT THE INCIDENT, BUT NO ONE CALLED HER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;113700.All <br /> violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br /> potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to the manager who was aware of the complaint as he was working the day of the incident and his co worker was <br /> the manager that spoke to the complainant <br /> Per manager on site today, he does not recall the complainant being told THEY WOULD HAVE A MANAGER CALL HER <br /> ABOUT THE INCIDENT.There have been no ill employees for the past 2 weeks. <br /> The complainant returned food and the manager observed the returned food and food appeared to be satisfactory. <br /> Chicken wings come to the facility pre cooked and prepackaged and are stored in the walk-in refrigerator(41 F)until <br /> brought to the refrigerated "bake line"which is the pre top 2 door reach-in refrigerator(40F) <br /> I observed a box of packaged chicken wings stored properly in the walk-in refrigerator with an expiration date of 12/9/2022. <br /> Chicken wings are are kept on the bake line until placed on a tray with parchment paper and then baked in the oven. <br /> Prepared chicken wing out of the oven (175F). <br /> Employee cut openprepared chicken wing and chicken wing appeared fully cooked and not discolored. <br /> A cheese pizza was also prepared. <br /> The temperature of the cheese pizza is 200F. <br /> Dough for the cinnamon bites come to the dough balls and are placed in the walk-in in dough trays until prepared. <br /> Manager prepared dough on the prep table by cutting dough and placing on an parchment lined pan lid and placed out for <br /> proofing.
