<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hot water was not available in facility. Per manager they had an issue with hot water previously because
<br /> the water heater for the facility is shared with the laundromat. Provide hot water to facility with hot water at 120 F minimum
<br /> at mop and 3 comp sinks and 100 F minimum at hand sinks. Corrected on site,warewashing was not being done during
<br /> inspection. Provide hot water to facility immediately.
