A percolation test conducted in <br /> accordance with the E.P.A. Design Manual - Onsite Wastewater and Disposal Systems is <br /> required for each parcel. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> 3. Install one package treatment system for all the buildings across all 3 parcels: <br /> a. The Nitrate Loading/ Soil Suitability Study must include all three parcels with <br /> percolation test conducted on all three parcels. All the information and <br /> conclusions may be presented in a single report. <br /> b. An encroachment for the single packaged treatment system serving all three <br /> parcels, must be notarized, signed by the property owner(s) (or their agencies <br /> with legal and financial authority), and recorded at the County Recorder's Office <br /> before issuance of building permit(s) <br /> c. If the septic disposal system generates more than 10,000 gallons per day, the <br /> RWQCB will be the lead, not the EHD. <br /> d. EHD has no comment on Kier Wright's proposal to apply the treated waste to <br /> land at this time. <br /> 4. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review. <br /> 6. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> 7. Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4) <br />
