EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> INTERNATIONAL PARK OF COMMERCE SPECIFIC PLAN * PHASE 2 <br /> 2 . 1 REGIONAL LOCATION <br /> 0 <br /> o The Project is located 60 miles east of San <br /> Francisco on the eastern slope of the Altamont <br /> Napa <br /> Sacramento Pass, and adjacent to the City Limits of Tracy <br /> and within San Joaquin County, California, see <br /> Figure 2.1. The Project is east and adjacent to the <br /> -T \-w International Park of Commerce and is bisected <br /> Solana <br /> Morin f by Schulte Road, east of Pavilion Parkway to the <br /> west, and south of the proposed extension of <br /> Promontory Parkway, see Figure 2.2. <br /> Contra Costa San Joaquin L <br /> 2 . 2 EXISTING SETTING <br /> TR <br /> The Project Area has a current General Plan <br /> Alannedo 9 designation of General Agriculture, and a Zoning <br /> classification of General Agriculture 40-acres. <br /> Currently the development area is being used for <br /> lrow crops. The site topography is flat and slopes <br /> ,,"Santa Clara from an elevation of 149 feet above sea level <br /> Figure 2.1, Regional Location at the southwest corner of the Project Area to <br /> elevation 95 feet at the northeast corner. There <br /> are no structures on the two sites currently and <br /> the West Side Irrigation District (WSID) canal cuts <br /> 75 through the northern development area of the <br /> T site from the southeast corner to the northwest <br /> West Grant '°Y corner. <br /> Line Road a.
