Parking lot lighting fixtures shall <br /> avoid conflict with tree planting locations so as <br /> not to displace intended tree planting layout <br /> or symmetry. <br /> • Outdoor lighting and other means of <br /> illumination for signs, structures, landscaping, <br /> M and similar areas, shall be made of durable <br /> vandal resistant materials. <br /> --- = Accent lighting shall be used to enhance the <br /> appearance of a structure, draw attention to <br /> points of interest, and define open spaces <br /> and pathways. Accent lighting will only be <br /> permitted when it does not impact adjacent <br /> development, roadways, or residences. <br /> • Pole footings in traffic areas shall be designed <br /> Typical Single-Head Parking Lot Lighting and installed to protect the light standard <br /> from potential vehicular damage. <br /> h.
