Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for future development on the existing parcels pursuant to San Joaquin County
Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
b. The OWTS may be installed according to the engineer's design found in this study under permit and
inspection by this department.
Note: the sumps shall be 2' wide by 12' long by 10' deep equaling 304 feet of effluent application area
for each of the 3 sumps. 40' of leach line is required between each sump and the 1600 gallon septic
tank.
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
REHS, at agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3062.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Chesney Consulting
1868 E.
