CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -1800173 <br />MERITAGE HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, LLC <br />Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA -1800173 was approved by the Community Development <br />Department on September 24, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br />on February 27, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br />Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br />Surveyors' Act. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br />Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Frank Girardi, [209] 468-8469) <br />a. APPROVAL: This approvai is for a Lot Line Adjustment and Merger among five parcels to result in <br />four parcels as shown on the site plan dated August 13, 2018. <br />NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br />conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br />shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br />Department. The legal descriptions shail be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br />Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br />Licensed Land Surveyor.
