The proposed -lot line <br />adjustment and merger application among five parcels to result in four parcels located at 524 <br />East St. Jorge Avenue, Mountain flouse,_does not appear to interfere with -any existing PG&E <br />facilities or -easement rights; therefore, we have no comments at this time. <br />Please note that this is our preliminary review and PG&E reserves the right for future review as <br />needed. This letter shall not in any way alter, modify, or terminate any provision of any existing <br />easement rights.
