Repair leaking immediately, <br /> facility will discard dirty mop water in floor sinks or mop sink used for health care facility under leaking for kitchen mop sink <br /> is fixed. <br /> Observed water coming out of floor drain next to hand sink after continuously having the water on. Per director of dietary <br /> services there is no issue when it used for handwashing throughout the day, there is only an issue when water is running <br /> continuously for several minutes. Observed employee wash hands and no water came up. Clear blockage and provide <br /> proper drainage immediately for hand sink. <br /> Observed leaking pre rinse sink pipe and rinse drainboard pipe that goes to dishwasher. Observed leaking from water hoses <br /> under spray sink before dishwasher. Repair leaking within 3 days. <br /> Observed no air gaps between discharge pipes and the steam table and prep sink floor sinks. Provide 1 in. minimum air <br /> gaps within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes. (114192)All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br /> ordinances,shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination,and shall be kept clean,fully operative,and in good repair. Any hose <br /> used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials,labeled,properly stored,and used for no other purpose.
