Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$799.00.The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m. on May 29, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br /> expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by September 6, 2047,which <br /> is 40 years from the original effective date (September 6, 2007).
