SEE SURFACE/SUB-SURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT (SSCR) FROM 2005 (SR0044647). <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />WHEN I ARRIVED ON SITE, I MET WITH KEITH SPRAGUE FROM LGI HOMES -CALIFORNIA. WE LOOKED OVER THE FIELD AND DID <br />NOT OBSERVE THE BARRELS MENTIONED IN THE 2005 SSCR OR ANY OTHER HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/WASTE. IT IS MOST LIKELY <br />THAT ALL OF THE WASTE PREVIOUSLY ON THE PROPERTY WAS REMOVED DURING THE POST -DEMOLITION CLEAN-UP OF THE <br />TWO HOMES THAT USED TO BE THERE. ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF JUNK AND TRASH WAS OBSERVED. MR.
