PUMPED: 1,600 GALLONS APPROXIMATE CAPACITY: 1,600 GALLONS (No PERMIT) <br />3. TYPE/DESCRIPTION OF TANK: PRE CAST CONCRETE TANK <br />4. CONDITION OF TANK: GOOD INLETFI7TING YES OUTLET FITTING YES <br />5. WAS THERE A HEAVY SLUDGE CONDITION IN THE SEPTIC TANK: NO <br />6. WAS THERE RUNBACK FROM THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM DURING OR AFTER PUMPING: No <br />7. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: READ ENTIRE REPORT ALL PAGES. SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLED NEW <br />UNDER PERMIT WE COULD NOT FIND A PERMIT FOR THE SEPTIC TANK. WE DID FIND A PERMIT FOR A 60 <br />FOOT LEACH LINE AND ONE 25 FOOT DEEP PIT. ADDITION W 2005. <br />S. RECOMMENDATIONS: READ ENTIRE REPORT ALL PAGES. PUMP OUT TANK AT REGULAR INTERVALS <br />DEPENDING ON OCCUPANCY EG: 4 PEOPLE 1,600 -GALLON TANK EVERY 4.2 TO 5 YEARS MORE PERSONS IN THE <br />HOME WOULD REQUIRE PUMPING SOONER. <br />(OPTIONAL) ADDING PRO PUMP SEPTIC SAVER AS A PART OF MONTHLY MAINTENANCE CAN HELP THE OVERALL <br />FUNCTION OF THE SYSTEM. SOLD ON AMAZON. HTTPS://AMZN.TO/3KXEXPI <br />4 BROKEN OR MISSING OUTLET FITTING(S) OR A HIGH SLUDGE CONDITION IN THE SECOND <br />COMPARTMENT CAN CAUSE SOLIDS TO FLOW OUT OF THE TANK AND INTO THE ABSORPTION <br />SYSTEM. THE RESULT IS REDUCED ABSORPTION INTO THE SURROUNDING SOIL AND EVENTUAL <br />FAILURE OF THE SYSTEM.
