Called Carmenita Seafood House Inc (562-777-9601) <br /> at 8:15am. Contact from invoice (Karina) is not in yet. Will attempt later. Called <br /> Carmenita Seafood again (4pm). Included karina@carmenitasf.com and oscar.olais92@gmail.com on <br /> e-mail. <br /> 02/23/2022 Received an e-mail from M Delariva (2-21-22) <carmenita_seafood@yahoo.com> LINHARES <br /> stating: "I looked over our records and it shows that we did not sell any shellfish to <br /> Mariscos Los Altos between The period of November 30, 2021 - December 20, <br /> 2021. Our records indicated the last invoice made out to them was on November <br /> 29, 2021 . Hope this is helpful ."Also received a text from Angie (408-505-9763) <br /> on Saturday, 2-19-22 stating that the invoices needed are from Restaurant Depot <br /> ('There was a week during that month when Carmenita was out of oysters"). <br /> Angie states they are contacting Restaurant Depot for the invoices. Forwarded info <br /> to Grant, Christina@CDPH <Christina.Grant@cdph.ca.gov> this date. Received a <br /> return e-mail from Christina.
