SAN JOA:WIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:25 am <br />Time Out 12:00 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility PUNJABI INDIAN MARKET Date: 01/12/2022 <br />Address 1031 S MAIN ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator: SINGH, KULDEEP Telephone: (209) 647-4742 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054574 <br />Responsible Party Contact' <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE OWNER OF THIS FACILITY IS DEEP FRYING FOOD AT THIS FACILITY AND IT IS <br />CAUSING A PROBLEM WITH SMOKE AND GREASE IN THE SURROUNDING FACILITIES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per owner, he is not aware of the complaint. He admitted that they were frying Punjabi desserts outside the facility once or <br />twice a month. <br />I don't observe any frying on site or outside the facility during my inspection. <br />Owner promised to cease this practice and he will wait until] the kitchen construction is completed in the coming future. <br />Owner submitted plans to add new kitchen to the back of the facility. Final inspection is not conducted yet. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
