A fire had occurred at Tierra Calienta located at 1108 Waterloo Rd Stockton, CA 95205. Shawn was not able to answer any questions regarding what part of the restaurant the fire affected. Left for the stie at 2:00 AM and arrived at approximately 2:42 AM. The fire department had cleared the scene. They hired a third party to board up the wall affected by the fire. The scene had been taken over by the Stockton Police Department (Officer Reed, report 22-1818). No emergency services were able to contact the restaurant. Inspected the fire damaged area. The wall that caught on fire was behind a 3-compartment sink. The area around the sink appeared to have fire damage. The refrigerator was still working indicating the facility still had power. Attempted to contact Marco Nejera. He texted me asking to call me later then stopped all correspondence. The facility did not have a CERS account. Contacted the Shawn Allen while on scene. He said the fire crew that responded were sleeping and could not be woken up with non-emergencies. Call ended at 4:30 AM. TIME SPENT: 10:12 AM-11:00 AM 10:12 AM: Received a call from Brian Pop with the Stockton Fire Department. He said that the fire was small and did not think the fire suppression system deployed. It is thought a person broke a window and lit a curtain on fire near the sink. He also indicated that he did not shut the restaurant down. Discussed incident with Michelle Henry, program coordinator, and Haza Saeed, lead senior. Attempted to call, email, and text the facility.
