JOA •-f <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 2:08 pm <br />Time Out: 2:40 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: MCDONALDS #24092 Date: 02/08/2022 <br />Address: 2415 W HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95209 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 938-0234 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054661 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES LADIES ARE NOT WEARING HAIR NETS, SERVING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES. <br />COMPLAINANT FOUND HAIR IN HIS FOOD AND GOT SICK <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and the manager is aware of complaint prior to this investigation. <br />Per manager, the complainant purchased food and came back the next day and said that he found a hair in the french fries. <br />Manager offered either a refund or replacement of food. <br />Customer ordered french fries and a double quarter pounder and Mcdouble and a Mcchicken and fries <br />I observed french fry bin and did not observe hair in french fries. <br />Quarter pounder is 1:4 patty, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, cheese and bun. <br />McDouble is two 10:1 patties, ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions and cheese and bun. <br />McChicken is chicken patty mayonnaise, shredded lettuce and bun. <br />All patties come from walk-in freezer dropped in the oil (chicken) or grill (meat patties). <br />I observed 4 door reach-in where 1:4 patties are stored (41F). <br />Walk-in freezer I observed boxed chicken patties and 10:1 meat patties. <br />Onions and cheese in boxes in the walk-in (41F),I observed storage racks where dehydrated onions and pickles are stored. <br />Buns are stored in the walk-in freezer on racks.
