Clean today and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed foam material used in the corner next to the warmer and under the hand sink. Replace with approved material. <br />Correct within 2 weeks. <br />Observed damaged flooring around and under cooking equipment in China Express Deli Kitchen. Per store director they <br />are in the process of fixing it and they do the work at night only. Observed buckets where clean utensils are stored and they <br />were clean.
