All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Owner is aware of the complaint. <br />Boneless chicken wings is delivered parfried frozen, stored in the walk in freezer and cooked to order. <br />Boneless wings are deeply fried at 350F for 2 - 3 minutes to be served. <br />Owner cooked 2 pieces and temperature is checked on the first piece. Temperature is varying between 145F ann 180F. <br />Owner fried the second piece for extra 3 minutes and temperature is at 189F - 203F. <br />Owner will start frying the wings for 5 -6 minutes starting today. <br />I could not detect any raw meat in the fried wings. <br />Food manager certificate is valid and available on site. <br />Valid food handler cards are available on site. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
