This is a closing inspection. No chemicals <br />were observed on site. Green houses partially dismantled and some completely demolished. <br />According to Mr. Owen Hoady all hazardous material and fertilizers were removed and disposed by a <br />hazardous waste contractor- Terlon Logistics. <br />Mr. Owen Hoady stated that the facility physical address is 20090 N Midway Rd, Tracy according to the APN <br />number not 20040 N Midway Rd, Tracy. <br />This facility Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) will be inactivated with San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
