To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420.
Notes:
Observed several open totes and containers. Ensure all the containers are closed to prevent spill and exposure.
Business has been in operation longer than thirty days. According to Owens Hoady the chemical totes have
been on site since November 2021 and plans on discontinuing the business, plants are being destroyed at this
moment, and all chemicals will be removed from site. I explained to Owens Hoady that the chemicals need to
be removed from the site as soon as possible and he should let EHD know to conduct a closure inspection after
all the chemicals have been removed from the facility.
FA0027049 PR0547553 SCO01 03/09/2022
EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 6 of 7 Hazardous Materials Program OIR
1868 E.
