Date: 11/05/2023 <br />Manufacturer training: Bravo, 10/29/24; VR, 09/11/23 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following inspections: <br />- Visual inspection of piping within the dispensers <br />- Verification of dispensers footprints contained by the under dispenser containment (UDC) sumps - Fuel filters do not drain <br />directly into UDCs. Deflector plates installed in UDCs 5/6 and 7/8. No deflector plates for UDCs 1/2 and 3/4. <br />- Verified conversion frames installation. <br />- 208 sensors install in UDCs 1/2 and 3/4. <br />-Verified sensors functionality and monitoring panel turn on to normal. According to service technician cold start was <br />performed last week and alarm history prior to cold start unavailable at the time of inspection. <br />This facility is approve to operate the UST system. <br />*Still needed: <br />- Secondary containment testing see approval letter dated 03/28/22 <br />-Install deflector plates for UDCs 1/2 and 3/4 <br />- Fill up float cups in UDCs 1/2 and 3/4 <br />-Remove inside barriers in UDCs 1/2 and 3/4 <br />Please send proof of correction to EHD - ust@sjgov.org.*The tank owner or operator shall log into CERS and complete and <br />submit a UST certification/modification for the dispensers and piping altered within 30 days. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
