Called and spoke to Sandip Singh, RENS in Solid Waste Unit, <br />who states she will let me know if she will be available next week to do a joint <br />inspection near this address (solid waste C00054104). <br />08/09/2021 Scheduled joint inspection with solid waste inspector, Pinne, and code FLORIDO <br />enforcement inspection, Steve Thomas. <br />08/10/2021 Met with Steve Thomas, Code Enforcement Inspector, and Pinne Chao, Solid FLORID() <br />Waste Unit Inspector, on-site. Consent to inspect the property granted by Paul, <br />property owner (owner of CalAg Group LLC) (760-216-8733) and JD, Manager of <br />Smit Farm and Unlimited Company (jd@unlcom.com; 209-810-3469). Also met <br />with Andrew Talsberry, Unlimited Company employee (209-400-3956), who lives <br />on-site (on parcel 06513011, see C00054105). JD and Andrew escorted us <br />through the property. Observed a 500 gallon diesel tank used to operate a pump <br />for a well; two 500 gallon tanks- one of gasoline (used for fueling tractors/ag <br />equipment), and the other empty (to be used); and a 350 gallon diesel tank (used <br />for fueling tractors/ag equipment); a 55-gallon drum of methanol (JD states won't <br />be used); and at least 90 gallons of propane. Took photos. The site is a farm. Left <br />site. <br />Refer to PR0546541 for inspection report. <br />01/26/2022 Reviewed and revised narrative.
