However, <br />the EHD observed the spill clean-up at 3154 McAllen Rd. EHD notified Dave Larsen of the spill location discrepancy. <br />Arrived on-site and met with Dave Larsen, who conducted the spill clean-up. Observed the spill clean-up area- an <br />approximate 6 ft (length) x 5 ft (width) x 3 ft (depth) excavation in soil and in between two bushes. Dave stated he removed <br />part of a bush that was impacted by the oil spill. No drains or waterways were observed to be impacted by the spill. The spill <br />clean-up is complete. <br />Five 55-gallon drums of soil and a bush contaminated with oil were generated from the clean-up and are being transported to <br />the PG&E facility at 4040 West Lane in Stockton, per Dave. Dave also stated that a sample of the transformer oil will be <br />tested for PCBs. <br />Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br />prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 <br />(a).]. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting <br />procedure [HSC 25160 (b)(3)]. <br />Provide all hazardous waste determinations, sample analytical results, and waste/hazardous waste disposal records to the <br />EHD for all clean up debris associated with this clean up. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
