Provide a complete hand washing station, with hot and cold water supplies, wall mounted fully <br />enclosed single service hand towel dispenser, wall mounted liquid or powder hand soap <br />dispenser, in the restroom and in the food preparation area [CRFC §113953 and .§113953.2]. <br />2. The kitchen non adjustable handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide warm water <br />under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds through a mixing valve or combination faucet. If the <br />temperature of water provided to a handwashing sink is not readily adjustable at the faucet, the <br />temperature of the water shall be at least 100*F, but not greater than 108*F [CRFC §113953 and <br />.§113953.2].. <br />3. Install grease traps/interceptors as directed by local building codes. A grease trap or interceptor <br />shall not be located in a food or utensil handling area [CRFC §114201]. <br />4.
