Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: FLYING J TRAVEL PLAZA #618* Date: 01/31/2022 <br />Address: _1501 JACK TONE RD, RIPON <br />Owner/Operator: PILOT TRAVEL CENTERS LLC Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: CO6BLV78R <br />Responsible Party Contact: JOEY CUPP <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />A customer overfilled the fuel tank of their vehicle resulting in a diesel fuel spill of approximately 15 gallons. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Approximately 15 gallons of diesel was spilled onto pavement when customer overfilled their tank. Clean-up was completed <br />by facility staff. Diesel contaminated absorbent was placed in drums and will be disposed of with regular hazardous waste <br />pick-up. No storm drains or waterways were impacted by release. <br />Provide photos of area after clean-up. Hazardous waste determination and disposal records will be verified on next routine <br />hazardous waste inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
