No storm drains or waterways impacted. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Arrived at 1535 E Pescadero Ave in Tracy for the 5.2 gallons of hydrobromic acid cleanup on asphalt:trailer#:YRCU <br /> 450635. Met with Ancon Site Foreman,Alejandro Samano.Alejandro stated that the hydrobromic acid spill cleanup <br /> generated two 55-gallon drums of waste. <br /> The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not <br /> permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5(a).] Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be <br /> disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting procedure[HSC 25160(b)(3)].
