<br />SAN_JOAQUIN <br />-COU NT Y— <br />Gfeotness 9roers here. <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br />',1t;Fofk <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: WASTE MANAGEMENT Date 02/02/2022 <br />Address: 19201 LAMBERT WAY, LOCKEFORD <br />Owner/Operator: WASTE MANAGEMENT Telephone: (209) 313-4817 <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: CO9SOTF3N <br />Responsible Party Contact: HENRY FONTES <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Approximately 2 quarts of hydraulic fluid was released onto asphalt. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Henry Fontes, Waste Management Route Manager, notified the EHD on 1/26/2022 that approximately 2 quarts of hydraulic oil <br />released onto asphalt from a lose hose. Mr. Fontes had also notified CalOES (Report # 22-0532). Per Mr. Fontes, Waste <br />Management staff responded to the scene on the same day and cleaned up the release using absorbent. Approximately 1/4 <br />of a 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was filled and taken back to the shop to be disposed of as hazardous waste. No storm <br />drains or waterways were impacted by the release. EHD received photos of final cleanup. Final cleanup and handling of <br />waste was deemed adequate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
