PUMP UP LOOSE LIQUID AND ALSO <br />USED ABSORBENT PADS. PLANNING TO GET EXCAVATOR FOR DIRT AREA. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS / ORDER: <br />Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br />For the -One 300-gallon tote with soil impacted with Round up power max, one 300-gallon tote half filled with soil <br />impacted with round up power max, and five 15-gallon containers filled with round up power max. <br />Note: John Chapin, Operations manager stated that soil impacted with round up power max and recovered round up <br />power max will still be sold as product to farmers. Stated that it was normal practice. <br />Please provide any sale receipts for the recovered product and/or Handle all hazardous waste according to Title 22 <br />California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department describing how the waste generated from the clean-up was managed. <br />Other Correction <br />Please provide all confirmation sample results to San Joaquin County EHD. <br />COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br />rate.
