The weights on <br />the boxes are as follows: <br />1.2400dbs. <br />2.2340 <br />3.1600 <br />4.2380 <br />5.2000 <br />6.2080 <br />7.1860 <br />John states his environmental contractor will be updating the waste profile and <br />providing us an estimate for disposal, and John will keep me informed. <br />Emailed John asking him if his previous email accounts for the absorbent powder <br />and absorbent pads that were initially applied to the spill. I asked John how the five <br />15-gallon containers of the spilled Roundup that was recovered on the date of the <br />spill, will be managed. <br />John responded stating he will ensure that the profile includes the contaminated <br />soil and the used absorbents. John also stated the recovered product is not <br />contaminated and indicated the facility is authorized to repack the recovered <br />product. <br />03/23/2021 Received a voice message from John Palien requesting I call him back to discuss FLORIDO <br />the waste disposal. Called John and left him a voice message. <br />Received a call from John stating the environmental clean-up contractor passed <br />away suddenly, so the waste disposal has been postponed. The environmental <br />contractor is MP Environmental, out of Bakersfield. John stated he does not have <br />a date yet for when the waste will be picked up and disposed, but he is working <br />with the company to get it scheduled. John stated the waste will be disposed of at <br />Kettleman Hill Landfill. I reminded John that the final manifest will be needed once <br />the waste is disposed. <br />I requested John to confirm whether or not the five 15-gallon containers of <br />recovered Round Up were repackaged for re-sale, and email a confirmation <br />statement. John agreed. <br />John also mentioned that Jim Chapin is no longer a supervisor at the facility where <br />the spill occurred. <br />03/23/2021 Reviewed narrative. FLORIDO <br />04/14/2021 Reviewed initial waste manifest received on 4/5/2021 from John PaIlen, <br />responsible party representative. The manifest shows that 16,000 pounds of <br />non-RCRA hazardous waste solids are being disposed with a profile #CA619279, <br />Round Up Spill Clean Up. <br />Emailed John reminding him to provide the final signed manifest and a statement <br />confirming whether or not the five 15-gallon containers of recovered Round Up <br />were repackaged for re-sale. <br />FLORIDO <br />04/14/2021 Reviewed narrative.
