I was onsite to meet the clean-up crew this morning at 8:00am. When they had not arrived by 8:45am, I called the
contractor and was informed they will be onsite tomorrow morning at 8:00am. I will plan to greet them again in the
morning and will let you know when they have completed removing all contaminated soil.
Best Regards,

MEM /NE

Kelly R. We will continue clean-up efforts with third party
contractor tomorrow, Wednesday starting at 8am. When we reach clean soil, I will let you know, so the area can be
inspected before we backfill.
Also, Booster was the fueling contractor that was onsite on 4/23 that cleaned up the spill initially using absorbent pads
on the tank and dry sweep on the concrete pad. They use Clean Harbors receptacles and services, see their message
below.
Requested detail on 4/23 cleanup:
Estimated 2 gallons removed with absorbent pads and dry sweep. All cleanup
materials were disposed in compliance with US EPA guidelines using Clean
Harbors Receptacle and services. Fuel distribution companies use an
environmental courier to handle fuel and oil related waste similarly to a
restaurant using Cintas for laundering.
Best Regards,
4
