Southland Road, Manteca <br />APN: 20807028, SR0084998 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, REHS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Michelle Henry, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the percolation test report <br />dated 9 March 2022 for the above noted location and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />Based on the information provided the EHD can make the following findings - <br />1 . <br />indings: <br />1. Percolation test conducted on 7 March 2022 yield percolation rate of 25 min/inch. At this rate an 8' soil <br />separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and the groundwater. Groundwater is reported at <br />28 feet below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2). <br />2. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br />Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1115.3). <br />Note: A separate permit is required for the installation of a pump into the new water well and any <br />subsequent pump repair or pump replacement work if the sanitary seal is broken (San Joaquin County <br />Well Standards Section 2.2). <br />3. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as <br />required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br />4.
