SANIJOAQUIN <br />COUNTY — <br />. iii&er ,- 1 /4,reorness grows her. r <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: AMAZON.COM SERVICES INC (OAK4/6) Date: 01/26/2022 <br />Address: 1555 N Chrisman RD, TRACY 95304 <br />Owner/Operator: AMAZON.COM SERVICES INC Telephone: (209) 879-7411 <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: C00054639 <br />Responsible Party Contact: LILIAN BURNS <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Approximately 8 oz of antifreeze was release during vehicle maintenance operations. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />The EHD received a notification on 1/26/2022 from Lillian Burns that approximately 8 oz was released onto soil and asphalt. <br />Per Lillian, the incident was caused during maintenance operations on a truck. The soil was dug up and the affected asphalt <br />area was cleaned by absorbent. Approximately 1/2 of a 55 gallon drum of waste was generated and is going to be disposed <br />of as hazardous waste. No storm drains or waterways were impacted by the incident. <br />EHD received photos of final cleanup and waste. Final cleanup and handling of waste was deemed adequate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
