Called Steve Yost (BNSF) at <br />817-593-6823 and confirmed details in spill report. Called John Brainard (BNSF) <br />at 209-507-6289 and left a message regarding spill. Received call back from John <br />Brainard. He said the spill was 20 gallons of diesel. Patriot Environmental will be <br />on site at 6pm to complete the clean-up. No storm drains or waterways were <br />impacted. Spill stayed on the property and BNSF is the responsible party. Let <br />John Brainard know that I would follow up tomorrow to see how the clean-up went <br />and how much waste was generated. <br />4:54pm-5:24pm. <br />Changed from 977 to 907 (non-billable to billable) LB <br />08/22/2021 3:30pm-Followed up with John Brainard (209-507-6289) on clean-up. He said that BAKER <br />clean-up was not completed and will be finished on 8/23/21 by Patriot <br />Environmental. Let John Brainard know that I would have to come out to verify <br />since the clean-up was not completed the day it happened. <br />Generated complaint. Wrote Notice to Abate and emailed it to Edward Phillips <br />(CERS Environmental Contact) at Edward.Phillips@BNSF.com. <br />Completed prop 65 and Emergency Response Record. <br />3:30pm-4 pm. <br />08/23/2021 Turned in Prop 65 to Elena Manzo (Lead Sr. REHS) for review. <br />08/26/2021 Went to site to verify clean-up is complete with Kristina Saetern (EHS). Met with <br />Chris Feathers of Patriot Environmental and John Brainard (BNSF). Clean-up is <br />complete. Soil was excavated along the hillside of the ditch covering an <br />approximate area of 15x15 feet and up to 3 feet deep. 20 yards of soil was <br />generated from the clean-up.
